Сancellation policy
1. In case of cancellation by the guest reservation less than 14 days prior to arrival, the hotel keeps 30% of the total reservation cost.
2.In case of cancellation of a guest reservation for 14 days or more prior to arrival, the hotel returns the whole amount of the reservation.
3. In case of no show of the guest within the prescribed period, in the absence of cancellation, the hotel keeps 30% of the reservation cost.
4. The Hotel applies a dynamic pricing system.
5. Offer price specified in the booking confirmation and invoice for payment do at time of booking. When you make changes to the booking price applies effective on the date of any change.
6. The property will contact you directly regarding the prepayment of your reservation. The required amount must be paid within 5 days after booking. Otherwise, the booking may be cancelled.
7. Payment must be made by Bank transfer prior to arrival. The property will contact you after booking to provide instructions.
